This is the neuroscientist, Lorimer Moseley, PhD giving a talk in a dress. The people at the conference donated over four thousand dollar to the charity that he supports (http://www.doitinadress.com/). So he had to "do it in a dress." He said the worst part about wearing a dress was the his armpits weren't getting enough air circulation and there weren't enough pockets.
